Wild patio area outside core 8

We have discussed this with 3Sixty on many occasions, the garden doesn`t get cleared and it gets worse. It is an eye-sore for anybody entering core 8.
We know who the leaseholder is, and we need to write to her in the strongest possible terms. Apart from the weeds, rubbish etc, the stones must be damaged by roots.
I recommend we give the leaseholder an ultimatum to clear the patio by end October.
If not done, we get David to clear it, and tell her she will receive the bill for clearance, PLUS added cost of any repairs necessary.
WE should indicate the bill could be of the order of £1,000.

Thanks Tony. Agreed. 3Sixty may advise on the need to issue warning letters first.
I reckon that if it's David who clears it, we need to be scrupulously transparent about quotes and invoices, in case down the road the leaseholder attempts to defend themselves with claims of corruption.
