The purpose of this forum is for DRBML directors to discuss privately matters which we prefer not to share with 3Sixty, our managing agent.
This is the third forum made available to directors, and confusion could result from having three places to which to post. We should use this forum sparingly, and be very wary of matters becoming spread over two (Directors and Management), or even three (Directors, Management, Discussion) different forums.
Please do take care to only discuss here matters which must be kept private from 3Sixty. Any matters which are not confidential to 3Sixty should be discussed in the "Management" forum, and matters which are not confidential at all should be discussed in the "Discussion" forum. In short, chose the most open and general forum possible for any posts.
