3Sixty's preventative maintenance schedules are no good. At the last meeting, Alex offered to produce a new one. Let's see if that has happened? In the meanwhile, there is no preventative maintenance being done. This is a bad situation, despite Alex working hard at reactive maintenance (when things go wrong).
Stu was concerned that there has not been preventative maintenance going on, and has kindly agreed to investigate the situation and hopefully to set 3Sixty on the right track if he finds there are inadequacies.
