Just had a conversation with Kevin about this. (Largely for my own memory's purposes) here are a few queries to discuss at some point:
- We have had several snippets of evidence that 3Sixty do not have comprehensive contact details for all leaseholders.
- Who calculates each leaseholder's service charge? How do they do this? What error-checking or sanity-checking is performed? How do we know that 100% of leaseholders are being charged their correct amount?
- Have we ever calculated the expected revenue from aggregated leaseholders and compared this to total leaseholder income.
- I have repeatedly complained that 3Sixty's service charge demands are not clean and straightforward to understand or to know how to pay. They are peppered with obscure verbosity, and payment methods are vague. This is not as helpful as it could easily be, but perhaps also reflects a vagueness in the relevant department at 3Sixty.
